I'm an experienced Nutritional Therapist with over 17 years of clinical experience.
I'm on a mission to help my clients thrive, not survive and make great health more accessible. You don't have to make Insta worthy salad bowls to nourish your body better. We are all busy, we all have different tastes, different life styles, different cooking skills. I believe in supporting each of my clients as an individual, and making sure that they seen and heard without judgement.
