I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, graduating in 2012, and have since been running a successful private practice in Cambridge. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals achieve their health goals and transform their approach to nutrition long-term, using a variety of approaches, including Metabolic Balance.

I hold a Diploma with Merit in Nutrition from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. Additionally, I am accredited by The Institute for Functional Medicine in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice, further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive, science-backed advice. I’m also a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), which ensures I stay current with the latest developments in nutrition and therapy.

I’ve written a book, Feel Good for Menopause, which offers valuable insights into nutrition during this important life stage. I’m also the host of the podcast How to Feel Like a Midlife Goddess, where I share practical advice and empowering tips to help women navigate the challenges of midlife with confidence and vitality.

I’m always excited to see how Metabolic Balance can transform health, helping people not only achieve lasting weight loss but also effectively manage chronic conditions.
