Hey there, I’ve been a Naturopath for over 20 years and I love to work with women who just don’t quite feel themselves anymore. I love seeing their symptoms improve and help them feel their energetic selves once again.

Using the Metabolic Balance program I can provide clients with a completely personalised food plan knowing they are eating the foods that suit their food, because after all, we’re all so different!

My personal experience with using Metabolic Balance solidified how eating the foods that suit your own body can bring about big changes (sometimes in a very short space of time).
